Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Sacramento, CA. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the successful fulfilment of our sales efforts to the customers we serve, inventory management, and equipment operation. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing inventory levels, optimizing warehouse operations, coordinating deliveries, and managing warehouse staff. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equal Valid Driver's License with acceptable record Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and associated functions Excellent communications skills, creative problem-solving skills, and organizational skills Proven work experience or clear demonstration of the ability to lead a team Well-developed attention to details and a desire to be highly accurate Must have stellar multitasking and prioritizing ability, as well as a strong sense of urgency Have a desire for future opportunities and growth, with the desire to earn them Preferred Qualifications College Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience Two or more years’ experience leading a team Electrical Distribution or similar Wholesale Distribution experience Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring employees Working Conditions This job operates in a professional environment primarily in a warehouse, with frequent outside yard activities, and occasional off-site travel in company vehicles. Performing the essential duties of this job: May require standing, bending, twisting, lifting, reaching, and walking with repetition May also require the ability to climb stairs, stoop, kneel, or crouch Requires ability to understand and speak English clearly Occasionally requires lifting or moving products and supplies up to 50 pounds unassisted Seniority level
