Build and develop a trusted team by guiding, supporting, and bringing out the best in crew members and shift leaders.

Maintain positive working relationships with all restaurant staff, fostering a cooperative and pleasant environment to maximize morale, productivity, and efficiency.

Hire, train, and develop shift managers; conduct formal employee performance reviews.

Ensure the team provides an excellent guest experience across all areas.

Utilize the restaurant’s profit & loss statements to optimize sales and profit by analyzing COGS and taking corrective actions as needed.

Maintain inventory, project demand changes throughout the year, and adjust labor accordingly.

Ensure proper staffing to drive sales, prepare crew schedules, and approve schedules prepared by assistant managers to meet staffing and labor goals.

Respond personally to customer complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction, while identifying areas for improvement.

Organize and implement local marketing efforts, incorporating regional and national promotions to increase sales.

Exercise good judgment in decision-making and report issues to the district manager.

Qualifications / Skills

Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience; quick service experience preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Strong sense of urgency, ability to thrive under pressure, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with diverse team members and customers.

Proven management success demonstrated through previous COGS and labor management.

Detail-oriented with ability to oversee all aspects of a dynamic restaurant.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Strong ownership mentality, being available to the store beyond shifts to support the team as needed.
