Team Leader, Operations . You are highly organized and efficient behind the scenes of our stockroom. As Operations Team Leader, you play a key role in creating our striking merchandise design. Positive, creative, and enthusiastic, you think quickly and adapt easily to change. Supporting the Assistant Store Leader, Operations, and Assistant Store Leader, Visual, you help lead, plan, perform, and supervise the merchandising/stock team, adjusting your focus and schedule as needed to implement visual plans. You ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and ready for customers, and you maintain an organized, efficient stockroom at all times. You serve as both a mentor and leader to Merchandising/Stock Associates, communicating the design vision, providing feedback, and leading by example. Your excellent communication skills extend to the sales team to ensure involvement in visual and operational excellence. A day in the life as a Team Leader, Operations... Lead a designated functional team and manage associate workload collaboratively with the Assistant Store Leader. Coach associates for exceptional performance and maintain a strong presence in the department. Partner with the Assistant Store Leader to train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual standards, policies, and procedures. Stay informed about new store initiatives and communicate changes to staff, ensuring smooth adoption. Promote and drive sales by maintaining current product knowledge both in and out of the store. Review KPI results and collaborate with the Assistant Store Leaders to identify opportunities and corrective actions. Regularly communicate with the relevant Assistant Store Leader to review business results, plan execution, customer feedback, and associate performance. Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service by setting expectations and modeling behaviors. What you'll bring to the table... A personal sense of style with a keen eye for design and home furnishings Strong communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma/GED or equivalent We'd love to hear from you if you have... At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience Full-Time roles: Open availability for flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends Part-Time roles: Availability for two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night Minimum Starting Rate:

$21.00 per hour
