leveraging AI to enhance knowledge sharing, developing structured learning programs, and building engaged client communities , this role is for you! What You’ll Do Develop a Client-Facing Knowledge Hub

– Build and maintain a

comprehensive, AI-supported

knowledge base for clients, providing easy access to documentation, best practices, and troubleshooting guides. Create & Implement Client Certification Programs

– Design structured certification pathways to ensure clients master our solutions and optimize their success. Lead Learning & Development Initiatives

– Develop training programs for both internal teams and clients, using

AI-driven instructional design

techniques. Build & Foster a Client Community

– Establish

forums, events, and engagement strategies

to create a thriving client network for shared learning and collaboration. Collaborate Across Teams

– Work closely with

Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success

to ensure training materials align with product evolution and client needs. Develop Engaging Training Materials

– Create

interactive courses, eLearning modules, AI-powered chatbots, instructional videos, and user guides

to support seamless adoption. Streamline Process Documentation

– Define and document key operational processes, ensuring clear guidance for both employees and clients. Optimize Learning Impact

– Implement

AI-driven assessments, feedback loops, and performance tracking

to continuously improve training effectiveness. Who You Are Tech-Savvy

– You have strong technical expertise and know how to

leverage technology

– You know what it takes to thrive in a startup-like environment and are willing to take on new challenges as business needs evolve. Qualifications 10+ years

experience in

product enablement, instructional design, knowledge management, or technical training Strong proficiency in

LMS platforms, AI-powered learning tools, technical documentation software, and multimedia training solutions Familiarity with

Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, AI-driven chatbots, or similar solutions Experience building knowledge repositories designed to deflect support tickets and drive client self-service. Exceptional
