Key Business Objectives This senior leadership role reports to the Regional Vice President and is responsible for developing new customer relationships and exceeding revenue goals within the assigned region. Duties and ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
Prospect for potential new customers to ensure a strong pipeline. Facilitate meetings between decision-makers and USAC leaders. Develop proposals tailored to customer needs. Participate in pricing strategies. Handle objections and negotiate terms. Present a customer-mirroring professional image. Client Retention
Enhance relationships and introduce new ideas. Collaborate with technical and sales staff to meet customer needs. Conduct debriefs and ensure seamless communication. Business Development Planning
Attend industry events and provide market feedback. Consult with management on trends and new opportunities. Identify campaigns and channels to increase sales. Differentiate USAC through market knowledge. Management and Research
Report progress to the Regional VP. Maintain accurate data and forecast sales targets. Track account activities and support deal closures. Represent USAC professionally. Provide training and mentorship. Research USAC’s culture and support recruitment. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Capabilities, and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred). At least 7 years of sales and marketing experience in the natural gas compression industry. Strong critical thinking and communication skills. Experience in team organization and conflict management. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations. Business acumen and human capital management skills. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions. Full-time exempt position. Additional Details
