Overview DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a
Primary Technical Control Facility Lead
to join our team on the upcoming Enterprise DISA JSP ETM Services 2.0 program. This position is onsite in the Washington, DC area.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee 24x7x365 circuit restoration and fault isolation, ensuring adherence to DISA and JSP standards.
Manage circuit engineering, testing, and quality control processes to maintain operational integrity for secure and non-secure circuits across various locations.
Designate and oversee node site coordinators, monitor updates, and coordinate actions with the ASI team.
Facilitate Site Concurrence Letter processes and manage DISA node resources in TCFs.
Supervise the PPTCF CAB, ensuring efficient handling of trouble tickets.
Manage Tier I and II support for the service desk, tracking trouble calls and providing status updates.
Maintain COMSEC integrity, oversee inventories, keying material, and destruction in compliance with DoD and SOPs.
Manage physical security for encryption devices and maintain two-person integrity during handling.
Monitor and maintain TCF equipment, conduct trend analysis, and produce reports.
Coordinate circuit activations, maintain records, and execute tests and quality control procedures.
Establish and oversee a Tech Control training program and maintain a lab environment for testing equipment.
Manage installation, maintenance, and rekeying of encryption devices, ensuring compliance and security.
Produce reports on trouble tickets, circuit provisioning, training, and trends for management.
Ensure all activities meet DISA standards, JSP guidelines, and security requirements.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with at least 5 years of experience managing cryptographic facilities.
Knowledge of Tech Control facilities, equipment, and operations.
Experience supervising tech control staff in similar scope projects.
Excellent communication skills for high-level management interaction.
Knowledge of Tier 2 Tech Control Helpdesk functions and relevant DoD policies.
Ability to provide technical supervision and coordinate maintenance and restoration efforts.
Understanding of industry standards, ITSM best practices, and incident management.
