Job Summary

The Ecommerce Associate will be responsible for processing and shipping sold merchandise, creating product listings, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Address stock shipping, coordinate scheduling, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Administer inventory procedures to track active listings and securely store pending items in designated areas.

Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.

Select high-value merchandise at the ARC Center for online sale.

Test items for functionality or authenticity before posting, such as electronics and jewelry.

Photograph and present merchandise appealingly and informatively.

Provide excellent customer support via email, message, and phone, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Ensure accuracy in written and verbal tasks.

Meet daily posting quotas and sales targets as determined by the Supervisor.

Demonstrate efficiency, accuracy, and high productivity through effective workload management.

Display eagerness to acquire new skills and grow within the organization.

Collaborate with the District Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and team members in daily operations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong computer skills, especially Windows OS (10+) and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of online selling platforms; proficiency in Photoshop is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Experience in identifying high-quality and designer merchandise.

2-4 years of customer service and/or retail experience.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly.

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and handle heavy objects.

Repetitive motion tasks and specific vision requirements for computer work.

Qualified individuals must be able to perform essential duties with or without accommodations. Requests for modifications should be reasonable and not impose undue hardship.
