About the role As a Technical Product Manager for Horizontal Engineering, you will be accountable for engaging internal customers in Application Development and Digital Product, understanding their problems, and formulating solutions that enable our Product Delivery teams to be faster, more efficient, and produce higher quality products that are maintainable over time. A technical background is preferred as this role will be responsible for driving the vision & strategy of engineering-facing products. Activities such as voice of customer sessions, synthesizing feedback into Value Stream Maps, Roadmaps, Epic Creation, and OKRs/Success Metrics will be significant parts of the role. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Set Product Vision:

Responsible for product vision and positioning with key stakeholders across the organization. Develop Roadmap:

Foster development, acceptance, and communication of the roadmap. Define and track KPIs:

Measure success through established KPIs. Gather Requirements:

Participate in cross-functional work to solicit key requirements related to the product. Define the product:

Manage multiple low to medium complexity products and features from start to finish. Stakeholdering:

Maintain awareness and ability to articulate the product story to a broader audience outside the internal team, demonstrating experience and domain maturity. Author User Stories:

Translate requirements into technical details, build and validate use cases, and communicate effectively. Data & Customer Research:

Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions, including behavioral insights and experimentation. Feature Prioritization:

Develop and maintain prioritized backlogs based on business value or ROI. Facilitate ceremonies:

Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Establish Best Practices:

Share enterprise standards and best practices. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 4-6+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Engineering Knowledge of engineering or testing, certification or experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master Strong communication, time management, project management skills, business acumen, and high emotional intelligence Experience in research, influence, leadership, translating requirements, and working in ambiguity Ability to solve complex problems, exercise judgment, and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences Solid understanding of design patterns and architecture #LI-Hybrid Compensation Range Start: $102,060.00 End: $189,540.00 Geographic Specific Pay Structure 210 - Structure 110: $112,280.00 - $208,520.00 210 - Structure 115: $117,390.00 - $218,010.00 Note: Final salaries depend on skills, experience, market, location, and other factors.
