Our client, a successful legal firm, is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their dynamic marketing team! This role involves supporting business development initiatives including event coordination, proposal preparation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience with event support and strong organizational skills.
Work Model: Hybrid
Degree: Preferred
Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, preparing marketing materials and client presentations, managing CRM systems, supporting proposal development, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with deadline-driven projects across the marketing department.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, superior written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Excel, CRM experience, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Law firm experience is a plus.
