We collaborate closely with the US business, bringing insights and challenging ideas to empower smarter, data-driven decision-making. The mission of the UX Designer Associate Director is to lead the design and development of visual interfaces and user experiences, making them intuitive, efficient, and aligned with user needs. The UX Designer Associate Director supports the UX Design Director by focusing on the operational execution of UX strategies and ensuring the seamless implementation of user experience initiatives. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day design activities, optimizing user interfaces, and ensuring that all digital products meet user needs and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities: Execute the strategic vision for UX design by managing the day-to-day operations of the design team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project timelines. Oversee the creation and refinement of user interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and consistent with brand guidelines. Work closely with designers to translate user needs into practical design solutions. Conduct regular usability testing sessions and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to enhance functionality and user satisfaction based on insights gained. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and data scientists to ensure UX design principles are effectively integrated into product development processes, facilitating a seamless user experience. Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies, and apply these insights to improve current design practices. Encourage the team to adopt innovative approaches that enhance user engagement and adoption. The individual should have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that drive business success. A commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in UX design, informed by user insights and industry trends, is essential to this role. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Computer Science, User Experience, or related field. Essential Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, user experience management, or related roles. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, frameworks, and best practices. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful user experiences across multiple platforms and devices. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user insights into actionable design solutions. Certification in UX/UI design or related areas is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits: The pay range at commencement of employment is expected to be between $152,600 and $283,400 per year. Salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, but may be adjusted based on market conditions. Final pay will depend on various factors including location, experience, and skills.
