Job Summary

The Director of Personal Lines Products and Analytics leads the strategy and execution of product management, pricing, and data analytics for our Personal Lines business. This influential role calls for a visionary leader who can inspire teams, shape innovative products, and leverage data-driven insights to keep us ahead in a competitive insurance market.

Work Location

This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.

We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive strategy, champion data-driven decision-making, and elevate our pricing sophistication. In this pivotal role, you'll: Lead the advancement of our Personal Lines strategic product objectives for the mass affluent segment. Serve as the division's data owner-developing and executing a robust data and analytics strategy to uncover insights and inform key decisions. Support the pricing and analytical modeling that fuels our strategic goals. Collaborate with product managers and pricing actuaries to design and refine pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness. Inspire, mentor, and empower your team-setting clear goals, providing resources, and fostering professional growth. Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and success. Preferred Experience and Skills: 5 years working with the mass affluent or high net worth market segment(s) 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance 5 years of leadership experience 5 years in a product, pricing, or analytics role Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments Preferred Education and Training: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Insurance, or a related field If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for turning data into action, building high-performing teams, and driving innovation in insurance products and services - this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Salary Statement

The salary range for this position is $170,000-$200,000. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
