As the ServiceNow Program Manager, your platform-related duties encompass:

Key responsibilities include: Creating detailed project execution plans. Managing implementation processes, including financials, progress tracking, and metrics. Monitoring change control, testing, release to production, and delivery. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope. Managing stakeholder and third-party relationships. Measuring project performance and maintaining documentation. Providing regular updates to senior management. This role is crucial for overseeing the full lifecycle management of IT products within the ServiceNow suite, including: Strategic planning from conception to implementation. Leading technical development and launch of new IT products. Collaborating with customers to align solutions with their business objectives. Ensuring ServiceNow solutions meet business needs and are sustainable. Providing expertise on ServiceNow platform capabilities and vendor roadmaps. Mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years in IT project/program management and 5 years in Agile development. Excellent communication skills, adaptable to evolving environments. Expertise in planning, budgeting, risk management, and project tracking. Proficient in analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and change management. Experience managing User Stories and Product Backlog in ServiceNow. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Additional Contract Details: Formulate and define system scope based on user needs and industry requirements. Develop procedures to solve complex problems considering system limitations. Provide consultation on complex projects, considering business implications of technology. Minimum Education/Certification:

Bachelor's in IT or related field, or PMP certification. Compensation:
