The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Division of Public Buildings seeks a Project Manager. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating construction projects throughout the five boroughs, managing projects at various stages, and liaising with contractors and agencies. The role involves ensuring projects meet objectives, schedules, and budgets, and preparing related documentation.
Authorization to work in the United States is required. NYC DDC does not sponsor visas. Applicants must meet all requirements at the time of application.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Skills Ability to manage multiple projects, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer and organizational skills.
