About the Role: As the Director of Product Management for the Generative AI Execution Team, you will lead the delivery of our Finance Generative AI strategy and solutions. You will provide leadership and direction for new products and enhancements, translating our product vision and roadmap into reality. Your expertise in Generative AI and product management will be essential in delivering innovative financial products. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor product delivery plans for Finance Generative AI solutions. Lead the product management team, coordinating with engineering and cross-functional leaders to ensure timely, within-budget, high-quality delivery. Ensure the creation and review of product specifications for Generative AI components, including system flows, requirement documents, and data models. Guide and oversee team execution of product launches and post-launch activities. Review and assist in drafting training materials for new products and features. Engage with engineering management and participate in cross-functional leadership to support product development and deployment. Analyze data and customer feedback to inform and improve product decisions. Build and lead a high-performing team capable of creating top-tier Generative AI solutions for our Finance teams. Essential Skills: Strong understanding of Generative AI technology and industry landscape. Proven leadership in product management, with experience in building teams and launching AI-driven financial products. Experience with product roadmaps, presentation, and artifact development. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with design thinking, journey mapping, and process optimization. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinking and innovative mindset for applying Generative AI in finance. Strong leadership and multitasking abilities. Passion for staying current with AI advancements and applying them to finance. Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot Studio, and PowerAutomate. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business, or related fields; an advanced degree is preferred. 7-9 years of experience in product management, AI technology, or related fields, especially in financial data. Familiarity with industry trends and technology development. Experience with Agile methodologies and environments.
