Senior Strategic Planning Analyst
to join a fast-paced environment. Security Clearance Active DoD SECRET personnel security clearance required. Responsibilities Manage strategic and organizational planning and execution processes for the program. Monitor, review, and assess changes in DoD, DoN, NAVSEA, PEO Ships, and other stakeholder strategic plans to ensure alignment. Coordinate with leadership to establish strategic goals and objectives. Draft policy and leadership correspondence related to strategic direction. Conduct detailed technical analysis of shipbuilding industrial base issues and provide recommendations on performance measures. Assess primary industrial base partners and recommend technical standards for shipbuilding, conversion, and repair activities. Experience Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience with DoD acquisition, program management, technical management, or business management in DoD/Navy or industry. At least 5 years supervisory experience. At least 5 years in strategic planning, performance assessments, culture and climate analysis, and business transformation. Experience with policies, procedures, and performance measures related to shipbuilding, maintenance, and repair. Educational & Certification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (7 of 10 years gained through in-depth experience and specialized knowledge).
