OVERVIEW The Operations Lead is a key part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The role involves working closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and optimize store operations. Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage. Investigate inventory discrepancies and partner with the General Manager to address process or system issues. Manage shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Maintain high visual standards for the sales floor. Support a safe and efficient work environment through stockroom standards and processes. Business Leadership Collaborate on reporting, budgeting, expenses, inventory, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities. Use metrics to support business strategies. Assess and respond to business needs dynamically on the retail floor. People Leadership Lead by example, inspiring staff in operations and guest experience. Oversee recruitment and development of Operations Associates. Provide feedback to support individual growth and improvement. Business Partnering Work with Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead to ensure cross-functional training and execution of directives. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment. Proven leadership and decision-making skills. Receptive to feedback and eager to give it. Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun. Self-motivated with results-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills. Aligned with Alo’s guiding principles. The role is full-time, requiring 32-40 hours weekly, with variable shifts including peak days and weekends, and availability during the holiday blackout period.
