Serve as the single focal point accountability for all services and activities and the quality of personnel and deliverables. Responsible for briefing a wide range of individuals on services, activities, and deliverables. Ensure all personnel have the necessary qualifications (technical, engineering, maintenance), including training, security clearance, badging, and access privileges. Manage and de-conflict multiple ongoing baseline support and technical tasks. Lead monthly Program Monthly Review (PMR) presentations to the Customer. Manage and control the overall contractor program, interfacing with industry, vendors, and stakeholders on systems installed, administered, and maintained under the Customer. Identify system dependencies of Customer and non-Customer systems; document concerns and findings, and present to the Customer. Communicate emerging trends and technologies in the security industry to the Customer. Serve as the focal point for all delivery orders issued under the ESS contract. Manage Period of Performance (POP), schedules, and deliverables as outlined in individual delivery orders; develop reasonable schedules during proposal development. Provide detailed, justified labor mixes and subcontractor costs on all proposals. Maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) of all installation delivery orders, identifying dependencies and critical paths; deliver monthly at PMRs. Respond to RFPs according to contract requirements. Provide detailed breakdowns of subcontractor costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Lead project meetings, distribute minutes, and provide comprehensive Installation Status Reports covering all active and completed task orders, costs, schedule, issues, and pending actions. Manage all aspects of maintenance and support of Customer electronic and physical security systems. Develop and maintain a Preventative Maintenance Plan; oversee execution and quality of maintenance activities. Track and report on maintenance and repairs; predict end-of-life components and notify the government. Identify recurring failure causes and propose remedies. Ensure the integrity of the configuration management tool and maintain adequate stock of equipment and consumables. What You'll Bring:

Minimum of 10 years' experience with Security Enterprise Services/Systems, including hardware, software, and application support in enterprise deployment using MAS and Satellite Application Server. Top-Secret clearance required. PMP certification preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, SQL 2008/2012 or later, and Linux Red Hat. Desired certifications: CSEIP (Certified Systems Engineer ICAM PACS). Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen. Authorized to work in the US or will be by start date. Compensation Expected Salary: $154,000 - $168,000 per year. Versar provides a general description of potential compensation and benefits, which may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
