Senior UPS Field Service Engineer
to join a leading provider of critical power solutions. In this field-based role, you'll support the commissioning, maintenance, and emergency service of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and related equipment. You'll be based from home and dispatched to customer sites as needed, primarily throughout the assigned area. WHAT WE OFFER
Compensation:
$90,000 – $115,000 annually Car Allowance:
$650/month Reimbursements:
Mileage, overnight travel expenses, tools provided by the company Benefits Package:
Life Insurance + AD&D Short & Long Term Disability 10 Paid Holidays + 2 Personal Days 401(k) with 3% Company Match KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commission, troubleshoot, and maintain UPS systems and critical power equipment Perform site inspections, testing procedures, and emergency response support Collaborate with tech support teams and contribute to MOP development Travel to client sites within your region and occasionally nationwide for training Accurately complete service reports and provide proactive client recommendations QUALIFICATIONS
5–10+ years of hands-on experience with UPS, PDU, STS, and battery systems Experience with Liebert/Emerson/Vertiv, APC/MGE/Schneider, or Eaton/Powerware UPS equipment
required Technical degree preferred or equivalent field experience Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks Strong communication and customer service skills Previous military service or 3rd-party UPS service background a
