Senior Technical Product Manager with Healthcare Experience
for a 6-month contract position located in Eden Prairie, MN. Responsibilities:
Define business and system requirements for healthcare-related software products and services. Lead analysts in understanding and documenting user needs. Identify capabilities needed to meet product requirements. Create a product roadmap with technical and operational teams. Guide analysts in preparing requirements for development within an agile environment. Manage and prioritize a product backlog. Evaluate requirements and test outcomes throughout the SDLC. Assess product effectiveness post-implementation. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years in Product Management, Product Development, or Consulting. 5+ years of experience translating requirements into features and user stories in Agile. 5+ years in data management functions such as data warehousing, ETL, business intelligence, Big Data (Hadoop preferred), or cloud infrastructure. Proficiency with MS Office. Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence stakeholders. Strong communication skills across organizational levels. Desired Skills:
