Position Overview: This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the pre and post-transplant and disease management patients including, but not limited to: patient medical management, immediate pre-operative assessment/management, post-operative assessment/management, and discharge planning. Participates in providing educational programs regarding transplantation to hospitals, medical specialty units, patient groups and the community.

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years recent relevant experience in Kidney Transplant and/or Transplant Coordinator (Outpatient)
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Proficient Writing & Computer Skills.
Organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities and to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work irregular or extended hours as needed.
Job Shift: Days
Schedule: Full Time
Shift Hours: 8
Days of the Week: Monday - Friday
Weekend Requirements: None
