Field Execution Representative , you will be focused on meeting sales distribution goals, growing space in retail outlets, and increasing points of interruption. Your responsibilities include verifying and ensuring the completion of the executional elements outlined in the company/distributor commercial plans, light-to-moderate merchandising of products in the cold vaults and coolers, building and strengthening route-level relationships in Nielsen-measured accounts, and executing the "Curb to Vault" strategy for point of sale and visual marketing. Essential Job Functions:
Develop route-level relationships with store managers Merchandise products in cold vaults and coolers Expand cold space in applicable accounts Manage and place point of sale (POS) materials within and outside of accounts Care responsibly for program materials and assets Maintain punctuality and adhere to shift schedules; uphold brand appearance and wear proper attire Ensure professionalism, effective communication, and proactive interactions with customers and team members Position Requirements:
