THE BUSINESS UNIT Process Measurement and Control (PMC) is a global business enterprise of Honeywell that delivers instrumentation products and related solutions to industrial customers. PMC's pressure, temperature, level, and flow instruments and supporting software enable optimized operation of industrial plants. Its range of fixed and portable gas detectors improves safety in hazardous conditions. Main verticals for PMC include oil & gas transmission and distribution, refining and petrochemicals, and semiconductors. ROLE As a Sr. Pricing Director at Process Measurement and Control (PMC), you will work closely with product management, field sales, and service organizations, as well as senior management, to maximize profitability by systematically employing key pricing strategies. You will analyze market drivers and competition to set prices for new products and revise prices for existing products. You will report directly to the VP of Industrial Automation for Pricing and matrix report to the VP and CMO for PMC. You will also be responsible for building a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.
