Operations Director
to play a vital role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our mission to support individuals with disabilities and their families. This position works in close partnership with the Executive Director, providing internal operational leadership so the Executive Director can stay focused on external strategy, community relationships, and the long-term vision of the organization. This position is essential in making sure that all staff members have the essential tools and resources to perform their roles. The Operations Director ensures that our policies, processes, and planning efforts foster organizational health and service excellence.

Founded in 1963, we have continuously offered support, guidance, education and highly specialized programs and services in Kitsap and North Mason Counties. Through these efforts, Holly Ridge Center strives to Support each family in their journey - Help each person reach their fullest potential and - Create a positive and lasting impact on the community.
This full-time role receives competitive pay of $71k-$89k/year and an excellent benefits package that includes:
12 Paid Holidays 22 days of PTO (1st year, increases thereafter) Medical/Dental/Vision Life & Disability Insurance 401(k) with matching opportunities (currently 25% match) EAP Qualified employer of the Public Loan Forgiveness Program
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education, Training, and/or Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred 5 years of operational management and safety program management experience required HIPAA/Electronic Security training required 2 years of IT management experience preferred Project management experience is preferred Experience or familiarity with nonprofit business practices preferred Purchasing experience and general ledger knowledge preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, And/or Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, problem-solving, and confidentiality Strong strategic planning skills Ability to evaluate operations and implement effective solutions Strong time management and prioritization skills Ability to pass a criminal history background check Strong technology skills including troubleshooting Skilled in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills Ability to present data and operational insights clearly and effectively Focus on continuous improvement, quality control, and operational efficiency Excellent written and verbal communication
Salary: $71000 - $89000 per year
