Job Description
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff daily Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site at all times Monitor project schedules and work with the project team to address delays or changes Conduct regular site meetings and collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Owners Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction execution Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving efficiently Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Manage and document daily reports, inspections, and site logs using Procore Foster a positive job site environment that reflects company values and professionalism MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Multifamily Superintendent experience with a GC (5+ years) Experience building ground-up / renovation Multi-family projects valued at $20M+ Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting commercial construction plans, drawings, and specifications Good written and communication skills Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution Familiarity with construction/project management Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) CPR/First Aid Certified 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification 30-Hour OSHA (preferred) Must have MA CSL What's on Offer
