Experienced Leader Opportunity At CGI Federal

CGI Federal is seeking an experienced leader to join the program. Contribute to the growth of the program by bringing your expertise in support of program delivery, member growth and development, business development, and operational excellence. You will be part of the overall leadership team and provide expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the client and CGI members. This is a great opportunity for a current Director of Consulting Services member or others ready to grow their career and pivot into that space. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities include: Managing the overall success of multiple inter-related projects and customer relationships. Leading a team of professionals towards achieving customer, business, and member development goals. Managing program and project-level scope, issues, and risks and quality management. Managing client relationships and customer satisfaction. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients based on collaboration, trust, and partnership. Building strong consulting skills and relevant domain knowledge to provide strong client connection and impact. Providing status regarding project health to clients and key stakeholders. Ensuring contractual requirements are met, controlling scope and schedule. Establishing well-managed financials including forecasting and invoicing. Contributing to account growth by identifying and leading growth opportunities. Qualifying business development opportunities. Managing and contributing to the development of winning proposals and presentations. Required qualifications to be successful in this role include: 8+ years IT Consulting Services with experience in successful project delivery and business development. Experience and success building and delivering business within the Federal Government. Project management experience with a successful delivery track record. Experience implementing, upgrading, or supporting Momentum Financials and Acquisitions implementations. Technical Momentum system hosting, architecture, and configuration expertise. Strong people manager experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong decision-making, judgment, and analytical skills. Business acumen with solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, planning, P&Ls, and pricing. Client engagement management and relationship building experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills; ability to juggle numerous client stakeholders, delivery, and business development activities. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: Experience working with U.S. Federal Legislative Branch Agencies. PMP. Compensation range for this role in the U.S. is $125,500.00 - $247,100.00.
