Electronics Technician 1
to join our
Security and Electronic Systems (SES)
Business Unit. You will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates, and maintains electronic security services, including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audiovisual systems, IT systems, perimeter defense, and command and control systems for federal, local, and commercial clients across high-growth markets. Responsibilities
Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electronic systems and equipment. Ensure the functionality and reliability of various technologies through site surveys, hardware/software configuration, testing, and technical support. Follow safety plans and policies, analyze and interpret project drawings, and conduct tool inspections. Install system raceways, cabling, equipment racks, and all hardware, ensuring proper grounding and compliance with NEC standards. Terminate, test, and configure electronic devices and IT equipment. Document work tasks using Infralink and other tools to track progress. Collaborate effectively with project teams and provide mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications
Clearance/Citizen Type:
Active TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance required, eligible for access to classified information. Education:
HS diploma or GED; Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 hours). Experience:
2+ years in electronics installation/maintenance; valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Preferred:
Vendor certifications in IDS, CCTV, ACS systems; electrical apprenticeship; additional 3 years of experience; strong MS Office skills; excellent organization and teamwork skills. What We Offer
