Job DetailsJob LocationOrigins Golf Club - Panama City Beach, FLDescriptionJob Summary: The role of a beverage cart attendant is to enhance the experience of our guests by serving refreshments and snack items to golf guests and members throughout the day on the golf course.Job Responsibilities:Clean and prepare the cart for daily serviceStock the cart with the needed products for serviceConfirm the cart is fully operational before starting rounds, (gas, air in tires, oil etc.)Maintain knowledge of beverage prices and food items to be able to communicate accurately with customersServe guests and members kindly and professionallyBreak down and clean the cart thoroughly at end of dayOperate POS systems throughout serviceAppropriately handle money and card payments according to company standardsAll other duties as assignedEducation and Experience:Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needsAbility to read write and speak, and communicate in basic English preferredCPR Training (can obtain after employment)Previous serving experience preferred but not mandatoryKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Basic knowledge of spirit and alcohol serviceBasic knowledge of proper golf course etiquetteAbility to operate a golfcart safely and properlyDetail-oriented and thoroughAbility to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guestsAbility to perform consistent work to the highest of standardsAbility to interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly wayPhysical Demands:Must be able to lift up to 25lbsMust be able endure frequent standing and stoopingWorking Conditions:Possible exposure to extreme heat or cold depending on seasonPossible exposure to the elementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not an exclusive list of all duties and responsibilities.
