A Day in the Life... Become a member of the Long Beach, WA Receiving Station! We are currently recruiting for an Ag Operations Administrator. Support Grower-Owners with needed forms, documents, delivery statements, etc.

Assist in harvest activities including tracking Grower incentive enrollment, entering Grower Delivery Receipts and Keeping Quality Results, using GBS.

Support Logistics and Manufacturing in the movement of fruit from storage locations to processing plants, using SAP and Excel.

Verifying daily fruit used in production reports, using SAP and Excel.

Purchase harvest supplies, and office supplies throughout the year, using Ivalua.

Verify and code, fruit freight and storage invoices, using Excel

Administer drum concentrate orders shipping from Freezer providers, using SAP and Excel.

Administer Grower and Employee Factory Sales Program, using Access.

Perform fruit lot traces as required, using enCompass.

Work with Freezer providers to maintain accurate fruit inventories.

Maintain EHS records, including safety meeting notes; serve as a first responder for first aid.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Education 1+ year of relevant experience preferred

Accurate 10-key and data entry skills

Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and flexible shifts during peak season

The salary range listed reflects full-time compensation. Actual pay will be prorated based on the part-time schedule associated with this role. What We Are Looking For: Education: No Minimum Education Specified

Annual Salary: $45,200 - $59,600
