Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Inventory Specialist to manage inventory operations and support warehouse efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in inventory control and material handling.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all locations Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Identify and report inventory shortages, overages, and errors Keep stockroom and warehouse areas organized and compliant with company standards Update inventory systems (WMS or equivalent) with current data Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and process improvements Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous inventory control experience required Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers Valid forklift certification or willingness to become certified through company training Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software Strong communication and teamwork abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Why Apply?
