Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery, service, and cleanup. Prepares and serves food under supervision. May drive a truck for deliveries. Essential Duties:
Determine workload from orders. Meet with function leaders for setup and last-minute changes. Interact with customers and resolve complaints. Understand menu items thoroughly. Instruct staff on work expectations. Assist in setting up rooms. Deliver food and supplies. Serve food and beverages. Return equipment and supplies. Maintain presentation and temperature standards, follow HACCP. Keep equipment and supplies sanitized. Follow recipes and standards. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Valid driver's license may be required. Must obtain food handler's and/or alcohol permits if required by law.
