Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic Global Partner Programs and Investments team, focused on Monetization Partnerships. This role is pivotal in leading, planning, and executing various partner programs and incentives with Monetization Partnerships. As a Program Manager, you will collaborate across several teams, including Sales, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional groups. You will be a thought leader on programs and incentives for Monetization Partnerships. Responsibilities include: Partnering with various cross-functional leads across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Policy, and Communications to ensure alignment and collaborative thought partnership in the development and execution of partner programs and incentives. Directly leading cross-functional initiatives, working with broad internal teams to ensure tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans, including reporting key milestones status, risks, contingency planning, and issue escalation as necessary. Anticipating bottlenecks, balancing business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints, and adjudicating between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues. Building organizational maturity by setting best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning across the Business Ecosystem Partnerships organization. Managing information cadences and processes, including status updates to executive leaders, escalations, mitigations, and overall documentation management. Partnering with internal stakeholders to inspire and educate on available advertising partner programs, opportunities, and materials. Working closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to determine return on investment and measure the efficacy of programs, developing insights-driven processes. Effectively managing complex projects across multiple program management, engineering, product, and marketing organizations. Minimum qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in program management. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. Experience with cross-functional coordination and relationship management across levels. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working in a globally operating organization within a matrix structure. Understanding of the ads and partnership industry. Experience with managing large-scale budgets and global activations. Knowledge of Meta's family of products. MBA or Advanced graduate degree. Public compensation: $126,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Industry: Internet.
