Job Description
The Lincoln Group has partnered with a local Company, in search of a Warehouse Specialist in San Luis Obispo, CA
Monday- Saturday ,40hrs a week with overtime as needed
Compensation: $18.00- $20.00
Principle Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments. - Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels. - Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. - Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. - Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts. - Maintain a clean and safe working environment. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Process returns and handle discrepancies. - Generate and maintain warehouse reports.
Required Skills: - Proven experience in warehouse operations. - Proficiency in inventory management software and systems. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications: - Forklift certification. - Experience with ERP systems. - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. -Valid CA Driver's License
