It houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and cardiac catheterization labs in the country, serving over 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients annually. The Role
The ANM supports the Nurse Manager or Director in overall operations, demonstrating critical thinking, resource management, and leadership in delivering quality patient care. The role involves coaching, mentoring, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive, respectful environment. Responsibilities
Lead the team by understanding performance expectations Participate in performance improvement initiatives Apply knowledge of healthcare economics and policy Influence behaviors through relationship building Maintain clinical practice expertise
