We strive to uphold dignity, foster independence, and enhance the quality of life for every resident we serve.Position Summary:The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing care delivery across the unit or facility during assigned shifts. This role ensures the provision of high-quality, person-centered care that aligns with all regulatory, safety, and clinical standards. The RN Supervisor acts as a clinical leader and mentor to nursing staff, supporting residents' medical and emotional needs.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and evaluate the performance of LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff. Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure proper staffing levels. Provide direct patient care when necessary, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration. Respond promptly to resident incidents, emergencies, and medical needs. Monitor infection control practices and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. Conduct shift hand-offs, documentation reviews, and ensure accurate reporting. Participate in quality assurance, staff education, and performance improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations and facility protocols.Qualifications: Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of nursing regulations, infection control, and best clinical practices.
