SAP GTS Functional Analyst Seattle, WA Contract Position $62.49-$81.60/Hour Join a global leader in aerospace innovation where cutting-edge technology meets groundbreaking projects. Be part of a team that pushes boundaries and shapes the future of global travel, defense, and exploration. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact
for all SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) related processes.
Lead end-to-end solution delivery: from
requirements validation ,
functional design ,
test script development , and
UAT , through to
training and deployment .
Design and configure SAP GTS modules
to support global trade compliance, including
tariff classification ,
sanctioned party screening ,
export/import controls ,
product classification , and
electronic filing .
Drive
compliance management
processes such as
embargo checks ,
legal controls , and
screening automation
in accordance with international trade regulations.
Manage
customs and risk management configurations , including
import/export declarations ,
origin management ,
preference determination , and
duty cost reduction
strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
Business SMEs ,
Solution Architects ,
ABAP Developers , and
System Integrators
to optimize trade compliance systems and processes.
Oversee development of
WRICEF
objects in collaboration with technical teams.
Ensure
seamless integration
between SAP GTS and other SAP modules such as
SD, MM, FI, EHS, and TM .
Provide end-user training and support to ensure adoption of GTS features and trade compliance best practices.
Maintain
data integrity
of product master data, compliance documentation, and customs data within SAP GTS.
Monitor and incorporate changes in international
regulatory requirements
into system configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve GTS issues, ensuring system stability and compliance effectiveness.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree
or higher in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience or an equivalent combination; Master's degree and 4+ years experience; 10+ years related experience 812 years
of hands-on experience with
SAP GTS , including full-cycle configuration and solution delivery.
Minimum
23 full-lifecycle global implementations
of SAP GTS.
Strong domain expertise in
international trade compliance ,
customs processes , and
global regulatory frameworks .
Integration experience with
SAP S/4HANA
and modules including
SD, MM, TM, FI, EHS .
Deep knowledge of
SAP user exits ,
batch jobs ,
standard reports , and
Fiori applications .
Familiarity with
supply chain business models , preferably within the
Aerospace and Defense
sector.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree
or higher in a relevant field.
SAP Certification in
SAP EWM
or GTS.
Aerospace & Defense industry knowledge.
