IT Project Manager - Real Estate

Senior IT Project Manager Hybrid (Burlington, MA) We are currently seeking candidates for a Sr. IT Project Manager position located in Burlington, MA. The position is with a rapidly growing real estate commercial developer. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will partner cross-functionally to identify how technology can assist the business and which methodologies and strategies are best for optimal results. This is a 7-month contract position that will pay $90/hr W2 within a 40 hr work week. No corp2corp or 1099 contractors are eligible for this role. Responsibilities: Manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate with IT and business leaders to identify process improvements and technology solutions. Develop business cases and scope projects based on company needs. Create project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee project teams, assign tasks, and track progress. Provide status reports and risk assessments to leadership. Identify and escalate project issues (budget, scope, timing) as needed. Ensure high customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback collection. Lead problem-solving and innovation to enhance IT solutions. Qualifications: 7+ years of IT project management experience. Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred). PMP certification is strongly preferred. Experience in real estate, leasing, tower industry, or operations is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
