The role involves providing support for endpoint devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with various operating systems, software applications, and hardware components preferably utilizing SCCM. They should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are also required, as the junior endpoint resource will be interacting with end users to resolve issues and working closely with the vulnerability team to remediate issues discovered in the environment. They have current vulnerabilities that need to be remediated across the business.
