Gem State Staffing is now hiring full-time Class A CDL Drivers for local hauling assignments based in Buhl, Idaho. If you're a dependable, experienced driver who enjoys working outdoors and can handle long shifts, this is a great opportunity for a temp-to-hire or seasonal position with competitive pay and weekly hours. Responsibilities: Operate commercial trucks and trailers over 16,000 lbs Haul materials to and from construction or asphalt production sites Follow asphalt production cycles and loading/unloading procedures Perform construction-related labor when not driving (e.g., shoveling, site prep) Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols Prepare for long shifts and extreme weather by bringing appropriate gear, food, and water Participate in random drug testing during employment
