All-Around Dental Lab Technician
to join our team.
About the Role:
As an all-around technician, you will be a key contributor to our fixed dental lab, working on a wide range of tasks that require precision, skill, and expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Emax pressing, waxing, Bruxer finishing, and a solid understanding of dental implants.
Key Responsibilities:
Press Emax:
Handle the entire process of pressing Emax restorations, ensuring high-quality results. Waxing:
Perform precise wax-ups for a variety of cases, meeting both functional and aesthetic requirements. Bruxer Finishing:
Finish and polish Bruxer restorations to exact specifications. Implant Knowledge:
Utilize implant expertise to assist in the production of implant-supported restorations (preferred but not required). Quality Control:
Inspect all work to ensure accuracy, fit, and aesthetic quality before delivery. Collaboration:
Work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to deadlines. Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years working in a fixed dental lab with all-around experience. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Emax pressing, waxing, and Bruxer finishing is required. Knowledge of Implants:
Experience with implant-supported restorations is a strong advantage. Attention to Detail:
Ability to maintain high standards of quality and precision in all work. Team Player:
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Compensation & Benefits:
