Prep Cook
to help maintain our high standards of quality, consistency, and hospitality in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. What You'll Do: Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning according to our recipes. Ensure your station-and the entire kitchen-is clean, organized, and sanitized. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) protocols and label/store all ingredients properly. Assist with opening and closing duties, including station setup, restocking, and side work. Support the team by following instructions, communicating clearly, and staying organized. Report any equipment issues or breakages promptly to management. Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with our standards. Uphold all Department of Health and company sanitation procedures. What We're Looking For: Previous prep or line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred. Food Handler's Certificate and in-house prep training (can be completed after hiring). Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Why Join lephante:
