Health Services Financing is a patient financing solution designed to support healthcare providers and patients by offering flexible, affordable payment options for medical expenses. This leadership role will manage the development and support of the external Patient Portal, Bill Pay, Provider Portal along with the internal Administrative Portal and financial service integrations with Middleware and TSYS. In partnership with Product, lead developer and QA resources focused on a multiyear roadmap. Essential Functions

Oversee team workflow and effectively communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members and provide guidance on projects/issues and answer day-to-day questions. Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Maintain application stability by applying appropriate incident response through measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health. Collaborate with leaders to provide capacity planning and resource forecasting/scheduling. Drive research and sourcing of vendors, negotiate contracts and SOWs, manage relationships, direct work, evaluate performance, and ensure payments are made. Lead, mentor and motivate team members to implement the department strategy and manage department workflow with guidance on departmental projects/issues, and provide coaching and development opportunities appropriate to each direct report's individual needs. Perform all necessary management functions, including hiring, evaluations, annual increase allocations and disciplinary action as required. Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant information to team members effectively. Support budget management, planning and expenditure. Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required

Strong knowledge of .Net framework and full stack development (UI, API, database flow, etc.) Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to drive results and balance organizational risk to meet goals of the bank. Critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to apply sound judgement, resulting in quality decisions that keep the organization moving forward. Ability to instill trust, collaborate with a customer focused mentality, and influence business partners. Ability to communicate with confidence, both written and verbal, to technical and non-technical teams with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service. Ability to be action oriented and familiar with Agile based methods while responding efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Ability to drive results and balance management of organizational risk and meeting goals of the business. Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate team members and foster a positive team environment that gives way to collaboration and unified goals. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing. Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values. Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 3+ years of software development lifecycle experience required. 3+ years leadership/supervisory experience required. Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
