Job Description Job Description: Job Title: Data Engineer CRM and Data Pipeline Job Location: Woodland Hills, CA Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Salary: $135,000 - $150,000, Based on experience. Responsibilities: The Data Engineer will work with all business domains (CRM, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance…), IT professionals, product owners, globally, to develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines both upstream and downstream of CRM Dynamics, leveraging Databricks, ADLS Gen 2, and Azure cloud platforms like Synapse and ADF. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: The Data Engineer - CRM Dynamics and Data Pipelines responsibilities includes (but are not limited to): Data Strategy: • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to support CRM Dynamics and other business applications. • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to prioritize and deliver technical solutions that align with business goals. • Implement and manage data integration processes using Databricks, ADLS Gen 2, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory (ADF). • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all data pipelines. Data Pipeline Management: • Design and implement scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage. • Optimize data workflows to improve performance and reduce latency. • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure seamless data flow. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, data flows, and data integration processes. Collaboration & Communication: • Work closely with IT teams, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. • Build strong relationships with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. • Provide training and support to business users on data pipeline processes and best practices. Education: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, mathematics, information technology or a related field. Work Experience: Proven experience (5-7 years) in data engineering, data integration, or a related role. Strong knowledge of data pipeline design, implementation, and optimization. Experience with Databricks, ADLS Gen 2, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory (ADF). Familiarity with CRM Dynamics’ Dataverse, MS Synapse link integrations and data integrations. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
