As a Production Planner, you'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring that receiving, picking, and shipping are always on time and spot-on. You'll be the go-to person for customer requests and the link between our operations and external customers. If you're a critical thinker who loves working independently and managing multiple tasks, this role is for you!Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 annual salarySchedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pmWhat You'll Do:Analyze & Adjust - Stay ahead of the curve! Use data to track trends, make real-time adjustments, and keep shipments on time while optimizing inventory.Resolve & Improve - Tackle product shortages head-on! Work with leadership to boost fill rates and streamline operational flow.Customer Service - Be the go-to problem solver! Handle escalations and ensure both internal and external customers stay happy.Communicate & Lead - Set the pace! Guide warehouse teams on daily goals, monitor performance, and provide insights to keep things moving efficiently.Yard Management - Keep the yard in sync! Oversee trailer moves with the yard spotter to ensure everything stays on schedule.What We're Looking For:Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of hands-on warehouse experience-because real-world know-how matters!Strong Communicator - Confident working with multiple teams and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.Tech-Savvy - Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS).Problem Solver - Able to analyze data, think critically, and make smart decisions on the fly.Detail-Oriented & Organized - Juggles multiple tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment.Experience with process automation or advanced communication tools?
