As a Bartender, you play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities include:
Guest Engagement:
Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. Sales and Service:
Utilize your knowledge of food and beverages to effectively sell and serve a variety of offerings. Attentiveness:
Stay alert to guests' needs, ensuring prompt service and a relaxing atmosphere. Expertise:
Maintain excellent knowledge of food and alcoholic beverage selections, enhancing the dining experience through informed recommendations. Professionalism:
Exhibit a pleasant demeanor and conscientious approach, embodying the highest standards of hospitality. This role requires a combination of service skills, hospitality expertise, and a commitment to making every guest feel important.

The perfect hosts, rooted in southern hospitality that create regular guests Flexible and adaptable with a sense of ownership over the guests' experience Understanding of the balance of showmanship and efficiency Masters of their craft EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum two (2) years serving/bartending experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred Must be able to read, write, & speak English Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification Must be at least 18 years of age
