Responsibilities include: Development and preparation of multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of the semiconductor devices from schematics and related geometry provided by design engineering Work may be completed through use of CAD equipment Checks dimensions, writes specifications, and verifies completed drawings, art work or digitized plots May check design layouts and detailed drawings

QualificationsMinimum requirements: Minimum education: Associates degree in technical related field 10+ years of experience in analog layout design Strong understanding of analog layout design principles, such as matching, guard-ring, isolation, floor planning, etc. Solid knowledge of analog layout tools, such as Cadence Virtuoso / Assura / PVS Verification Proficiency in interpreting physical verification reports (DRC, ERC, LVS, etc.) Knowledge of ESD/Latch up fundamentals Familiarity with device physics, semiconductor components, analog circuits and their layout sensitivities Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset Effective communication and collaboration skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Unix data management skills

Preferred qualifications: Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Ability to take the initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery

Job Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Design and develop analog layouts for custom mixed signal, display and power designs Work closely with analog design engineers to ensure seamless integration of layout and design Floor planning, ESD and top-level chip integration for high performance analog designs Lead other layout designers and contractors (local and remote sites) Ensure layouts meet performance, power, and area requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital design, verification and packaging Perform layout verification and sign-off Perform post-layout RC extraction Preparation of tape-out data, documentation and archival Prepare presentation materials for layout reviews Function as the projects customer interface for analog layout
