Vehicle Exchange Specialist

Position Summary: The Vehicle Exchange Specialist connects the Service Department with Sales by identifying trade-in and upgrade opportunities for current service customers. This role focuses on customer engagement, equity-based offers, and lead management using dealership CRM and appraisal tools. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Appointment Management Confirm daily service appointments via phone, text, or email, and document notes in the CRM. Greet all service customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Review customer history and vehicle details using the CRM to identify potential sales opportunities. Equity & Sales Process Use equity tools to evaluate vehicles and generate tailored trade-in or upgrade offers. Add vehicles to Vauto for appraisal and print voucher or Max Offer documentation. Offer test drives to customers during service visits when applicable. Present service contract options when applicable. Transition interested customers to the Sales Manager to continue the process. Lead Management & Follow-Up Follow up with active leads and customers interested in selling or trading vehicles. Keep CRM updated with lead status, notes, and outcomes. Track all equity and sales activity to support sales goals.
