Top Skills/Must Haves: Advanced Excel skills, including creating Pivot Tables Claims Processing industry knowledge PL/SQL, Oracle, or Toad experience strong but not necessarily advanced Some experience with Tableau not advanced Experience working with Business stakeholders role is 80% technical but involves Business Analysis and communication with executives Responsibilities: Reporting experience Relationship management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex tasks Effective multitasking and escalation skills Technical issue resolution Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, SQL (highly preferred) Experience with query-based tools such as TOAD Providing analytical support and reporting results Approximately 20% of the role involves querying data Strong business requirements understanding (reviewing, not documenting) Minimum of 5+ years of experience Mortgage Industry/Finance background preferred Additional Notes: This position requires a high-level Business Analyst who is a self-starter and capable of working independently to accomplish assigned tasks.
