Position Responsibilities:
Take food and beverage orders with accuracy. Use of a point-of-sale system to accurately relay orders. Maintain dining areas in terms of both preparedness and cleanliness. Complete in work, side work, out work as assigned as well as all other tasks within the scope of the job. Set up and tear down for events and dining, both on-site and off-site. Work at off-site catering events, ensuring high service standards and adaptability in different environments. Build and maintain an intimate and in-depth knowledge of menu. Be responsible when serving alcohol. Integrate with your team to complete tasks and provide prompt, accurate, and up-to-standard service. Arrive at work timely in uniform, prepared, and ready to work at the scheduled time. Maintain a tidy and complete uniform; adhere to the grooming standards of Castle Pines Golf Club. Suggestive selling. Learn and perform all steps of service. Be ready and willing to adapt to changes in venue, service, and plan at any time. Build relationships with Members and their guests and always put the Member first. Benefits include:

Requirements
Serving or food service experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Availability for shifts at least two days per week / 16 hours per week. Flexibility with shift end times and varying hours based on event schedules and service demands. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to stand on foot for 6-10 hours at a time. Reliable transportation to and from work.

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
