Job Opportunity
This position follows a hybrid-friendly schedule, offering flexibility and collaboration. In-office days will be three per week, averaging 12 days per month, in our St Petersburg, FL, Memphis, TN, or Southfield, MI Corporate Office. Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future. What You'll Do: Help transition and switch data sources across systems, ensuring smooth and accurate data flow. Understand business and technical requirements to support coding, deployment, and documentation. Work closely with end users to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve data accessibility. Develop and maintain automation, macros, and workflows using MS Excel, MS Access, and SQL Server Management Studio. Assist in connecting MS Access databases to server environments and maintaining those connections. Participate in structured project phases including testing and deployment. Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and usability across platforms. What You'll Bring: Up to 1 year of experience in a data-related role (internships or academic projects welcome) Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Access, SQL Server Management Studio, MS Visual Basic for Applications Editor, SharePoint, and Citrix Interest or experience in database development and troubleshooting, supporting and training end users, and working within a structured project methodology Nice to have: Exposure to scripting or automation in Excel or Access, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
