We are seeking a Business Analyst with at least 4 years of experience in P&C Insurance Forms Processing. The role involves analyzing, developing, and maintaining P&C policy forms to support insurance business growth and product management. The candidate will work with various tools for forms processing workflow, design, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with PAS systems and effective delivery to business users. The Requirements Analyst acts as a liaison among business units, analyzing needs by identifying and documenting objectives, needs, scope, and expectations. The successful candidate will leverage analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, collaborating with subject matter experts and project leads to design solutions. Responsibilities include eliciting, defining, validating, and translating business objectives into solution requirements, particularly for vendor interactions, form design, and UAT experience. Job Duties & Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of Scottsdale Underwriting business environment, including practices, processes, and strategies. Analyze underwriting needs by examining current forms and system functionality, defining new forms, and identifying problems with solutions. Collaborate with peers, subject matter experts, and vendor teams, reconciling conflicts and ensuring stakeholder understanding and approval. Understand Insurance Policy Lifecycle, coverages, form applicability, and ISO circulars. Gather and analyze forms, coverages, and system requirements to design effective form revisions, consolidations, or discontinuations, considering workflow and document flow. Adhere to the software development/maintenance lifecycle and SLAs with vendors and underwriting. Participate in Quality Assurance processes, creating/executing UAT test cases, logging defects, and reporting metrics.

Required Skills Strong analytical skills to understand and document requirements and their impact on business objectives. Ability to identify deviations between current and future states and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in teams. Preferred: Insurance industry experience, especially Property & Casualty insurance, policy forms, and coverages knowledge. Familiarity with XML, SQL, and software like Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with minimal supervision.

Additional Information
